We handle the contact details you entrust to us with the same seriousness we treat a portfolio: only what's necessary, a clear purpose and respect for the relationship.
What data we collect
When you request a meeting we collect only what's needed to arrange it: your name, company, WhatsApp number, work email, your portfolio size range and, if you arrived from a campaign, the origin parameters (UTM). We don't request or store any data about your debtors or your portfolio on this site.
How we use it
Only to contact you and arrange the meeting you requested. We don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. The infrastructure providers we use (hosting, messaging and email) process the data solely to operate this service.
Analytics
We use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool that uses no third-party tracking cookies and doesn't profile visitors. The campaign-origin (UTM) cookie expires after 30 days and is only used to know which channel brought you here.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details while there's an active commercial relationship or an ongoing conversation. If you ask us to delete them, we do.
Your rights
Under Ecuador's Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP), you may access, rectify, update, delete or object to the processing of your data at any time. Write to us at [email protected] and we'll respond to your request.
